Overview

birth-certificate is a professional search and Supply Company for the supply of Birth certificates, Marriage certificates and Death Certificates, from various official government sources within Europe. All certificates supplied are original or a copy of microfiche held by the relevant authorities.

We work to the given information making no amendments or alterations.

Certificates may be used for passport applications driving licence applications wedding arrangements, any other official application as well as any other legal or personal use.

Order acceptance

birth-certificate will only accept orders where it believes that the purpose for which the certificate has been ordered is both bonafide and legal. For this purpose we ask that you complete all requested fields on our online application form, failure to complete all fields could result in delay or non acceptance of your order.

Payment Terms,

Payment methods are as followed.

• - Payment online via credit cards (mastercard or visa).
• - Paypal accounts may also be used.
• - Payment will be charged in Euros for credit cards or Striling pounds for paypal.
• - Payment is made on a secure server provided by citelis or paypal.

Delivery

• - birth-certificate.co.uk uses various mailing systems in Europe.
• - All certificates are sent on recorded delivery (unless stated on order pages).
• - birth-certificate do not offer or supply a pick up service.
• - Delivery times quoted are given in good faith and whilst in around 95% of the ordered products are adhered to they do not form part of our contract.
• - We endevor to dispatch all certificate where no refund is given and searches are sucessful within 30 days.

Problems

We ask that you allow the given period for the despatch of your ordered certificate.

To view your orders status

1. 1. Login to your account (details sent to you on your first order).
2. 2. Click on the order number.
3. 3. You will see the orders status on the right hand side of the page.

Should your request be late in arriving or you have question relating to a delivered order please contact us on

support.staff@birth-certificate.co.uk or our live chat is open from 8 a.m until mid-day Monday through Friday.

Where a certificate is not registered or does not match the given details.

1. 1. You will receive an email from the search team.
2. 2. Reply to the the email amending the information required.
3. 3. If the second search fails birth-certificate will not be able to provide the certificate.
4. 4. You will be refunded the certificate fee stated in your invoice

Contract of Order

• - The Contract is deemed to commence at the point of oreder completion. Meaning, the order pay has been sucessfully processed either via citelis or paypal.

Right to Cancel or Refund
