• the top boy’s names were Jack (1st), James (2nd) and Matthew (3rd)
• the top girl’s names were Katie (1st), Grace (2nd) and Sophie (3rd)
• there were 1,433 different boy’s names and 2,039 different girl’s names registered
• only James remains in the top 10 boys’ list from 1975
